Meta Conversions APIMeta Conversions API for Salla and Zid stores
Facebook and Instagram ads open inside Meta's apps, where the browser pixel loses many purchases. MabrookTrack sends every order to the Meta Conversions API from the server, so Meta optimises on the sales your store really made.

Why the Meta pixel misses purchases
A shopper taps your Instagram ad, browses in Instagram's in-app browser and buys later in Safari. iOS privacy limits, ad blockers and declined cookies cut the link too. Meta never receives those purchases, so its delivery system learns from fewer sales than you made.
How MabrookTrack connects Meta
- Share your ad accountShare the ad account with our Business Manager and give the MabrookTrack system user "View performance", so spend is imported.
- Choose the datasetPick your dataset (formerly the pixel) in Events Manager and create a Conversions API access token for it.
- Purchases sent server-sideEach Salla, Zid or custom-store order is sent to the Conversions API with Meta's browser cookies and email and phone hashed with SHA-256.
- Deduplicated with the pixelServer and pixel events share the order reference as event ID, so Meta counts each order once.
What you get
- Facebook and Instagram purchases the pixel missed, sent server-side
- One purchase per order, deduplicated with your Meta pixel
- Meta's reported ROAS next to True ROAS from your store's orders, per campaign and ad
- Spend converted to SAR, in Arabic or English
Questions
Do I keep the Meta pixel?
Yes. The Conversions API adds to the pixel; deduplication keeps one purchase per order.
What is a dataset in Meta?
Meta renamed the pixel to dataset in Events Manager. Your existing pixel ID is your dataset ID.
Does it work on Salla and Zid?
Yes. Install MabrookTrack from the Salla App Store or the Zid App Market; custom stores use our Orders API.
