TroubleshootingWhy TikTok and Snapchat don't show all your sales
Your store recorded the orders, but Ads Manager shows fewer purchases. That usually is not a problem with your ads: the purchase never reached the platform. Here is why, and how to fix it.

The six common causes
- In-app browser switch: the shopper taps the ad inside TikTok or Snapchat, then buys later in Safari or Chrome, where the pixel cannot link the sale to the click.
- Privacy limits: iOS tracking limits, ad blockers and declined cookies stop the pixel from firing.
- The purchase event does not fire: the pixel is missing on the thank-you page, or a theme or Tag Manager change broke it.
- Wrong or duplicate pixel: the store sends to a different pixel than the campaign optimises on, or two pixels split the purchases.
- Late payment confirmation: cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders are confirmed after the shopper has left the site.
- Attribution windows: the platform only shows purchases inside its window after a click or view, so later orders are not credited.
Check it in five minutes
- Compare one weekPut your store's orders next to the purchases in Ads Manager for the same seven days and the same time zone.
- Open Events ManagerCheck that Purchase events arrived in the last 24 hours, and whether they come from the browser, the server or both.
- Test the thank-you pagePlace a test order with the Pixel Helper extension open and confirm the purchase event fires once, with value and currency.
- Check the pixel IDMake sure the pixel on the store is the one your campaigns optimise on.
The fix: send purchases from the server
A browser pixel can only report what happens in the browser. MabrookTrack reads every order from Salla, Zid or your store's API and sends it to TikTok, Snapchat and Meta from the server, with the order reference as event ID, so each sale counts once even when the pixel also fires.
You also see the platform's own numbers next to True ROAS from your store's orders, so you know which campaigns really sell.
Questions
Why does TikTok show more sales than my store?
Platforms also count sales after an ad view, and several platforms can credit the same order. True ROAS counts each order once.
Will server-side purchases show up in Ads Manager?
Yes. They appear in Events Manager as server events and count towards your campaigns, deduplicated with the pixel.
Do I need a developer?
No for Salla and Zid: install MabrookTrack from their app stores. Custom stores use our Orders API and we set it up with you.
